Why do you use hemp in your skincare?
Hemp oil is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. It's especially gentle on melanin-rich skin, which can be more prone to dryness, inflammation, and scarring. We use it because it nourishes, balances, and brings calm to sensitive or underserved skin types.
Will your products get me high?
Nope! We use hemp seed oil and cannabis sativa extract—both are non-psychoactive and totally safe for topical use. They're here to hydrate your skin, not your head.
Are your products vegan, phthalate-free, and sulfate-free?
Yes, yes, and yes. Every product is crafted with clean, cosmetic-grade ingredients and free from harsh chemicals. Always gentle, always glow-friendly.
What makes your brand different?
We’re a minority-owned, woman-owned brand creating skincare that truly caters to melanated skin. We also source ingredients from other women-owned labs, farms, and businesses—because we believe in building with our sisters.
Do you offer wholesale?
Not quite yet—we’re focused on growing intentionally. But yes, wholesale is coming soon. If you're interested, reach out and we’ll keep you in the loop!

How long does shipping and processing take?
We make all products in small batches to keep things fresh. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns due to the nature of our products. But if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of it.
Where are your products made?
Everything is handcrafted in the U.S. in small batches. It’s our way of guaranteeing freshness, quality, and consistency with every order.
Do you test on animals?
Never. We’re cruelty-free, always. We test on glowing humans, not animals.
Shipping & Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days and shipped via standard delivery. You’ll receive an email with your tracking info once your order is on the way.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please email andrea@86thandglow.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
